Our Founding Father: Eliakim Wardell: Remembering the man who spawned Monmouth Beach. Monmouth Beach residents have long known they live in near paradise. All beginning as “Wardell’s Beach” some 350+ years ago. The founder and first settler of the New Jersey shore area today known as Monmouth Beach (other than the true first settlers, Native Americans) was a man named Eliakim Wardell.

Saturday’s Events 9am - 4pm MB School Grounds & Griffin Park Parade with Floats, Decorated Bikes, Cars, Golf Carts, and Pets Sport Events Tournaments Field Day Games Arts and Crafts

Saturday Evening Events 5pm - 9pm MB Boro Hall Porch, Firehouse & EMS Grounds Open House Music Dancing BBQ
