Organized in 1905, MBFC service actually predates the borough by a year. Most borough residents are wise enough to realize their good fortune in having such able and alert firefighters on duty. The sacrifice and skill they’ve exhibited through the years — protecting the lives and property of neighbors — is a matter of record.
